What are the payment options?

We accept payment by GooglePay, debit/credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and local bank transfer or PayNow. Do drop us a message on Instagram for PayNow or bank transfer payment.

Are returns and exchanges allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow returns for orders placed on the website. Exchanges are only possible if the product is wrong or defective. 

What do I do if I receive a defective or wrong item in my order?

Please email us at aftermoon.am@outlook.com or drop us a message on Instagram within 5 working days of receiving the item(s). Do include a clear picture of the defect or wrong item. Do not cut off the tag and ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

However, do note that slight colour and measurement differences are not considered defects. Colours — do allow slight colour differences due to lighting and/or filters. Measurements — Please allow 1-3 cm differences in measurements due to manual hand measurement & manufacturing inconsistencies.

How long does it take for my orders to be shipped out?

Items will be processed and shipped out in 2 business days. Upon shipment, courier usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Domestic shipping is free for purchases over $80.
